March 9th, 1915 George Washington's Day parade in Douglas Arizona. The card was sent by"Nate" of Co C, 18th Infantry To Mrs. B. M. Woodruff of Chicago, IL. In 1915, Company C of the 18th Infantry Regiment was stationed in Douglas, Arizona, as part of the U.S. Army's border patrol operations. The unit was stationed at Camp Harry Jones in Douglas, Arizona, in 1915. During this period, US Army units were stationed along the Arizona/Mexico border to secure the border against infiltration and supply routes during the Mexican Revolution.
