Soft spoken, courteous, he is a graduate of an Indian School, speaks good English and has a grasp of world affairs. Riley's father and grandfather served in the Scouts. Riley has been continously in the service of his country with the Scouts since 1920. The rifle, generally believed to have been the property of Geronimo, was found by one of the early Scouts.
