that when he arrived "John Duncan was running the San Simon". Scott
White may have been wagon boss part of year. Reminiscence of Ailman
states so.
Duncan, J. W.- 1889. His name at top of list, and was
foreman in 1891, though Jess Henley also on payroll in 1889

Jess - 1887. Though he drew only $30 like the others, was the only hand
to work all year. He may have been earlier too.

When Parramore pulled out of Arizona because of the onrush
of homesteaders, Joe Wheeler bought the brand and the remnant herd and
moved them to his place on the Natural Tank near the mouth of Skeleton
Canyon.
