Caption reads: Eight Indians at Fort Huachuca are all that remain of the famous Indian Souts who led Uncle Sam's frontier fighters in their incessant war on marauding apahes and renegades in the days before law and order was established in Arizona and other Western territories. They are Sgt. Sinew L. Riley, Corp. Antonio, Allejo Quintero, William Major, Jim Lane, Kessay Y-32, Jesse Billy and Andrew Payson.
